Puning Hot Spring is a geothermal spring area located at the foothills of Barangay Inararo, Porac, Pampanga. Many visitors believe Puning is in Sapang Bato, Angeles City, but only Station 1 sits there. The site is organized into three stations:
- Station 1: Base camp, reception, changing rooms, and restaurant.
- Station 2 : Sand spa, volcanic mud pack, and foot massage area.
- Station 3: The hot spring pools. Multiple hot and warm pools are set among the canyon walls.
The experience blends a 4x4 canyon ride, volcanic sand spa, and natural hot spring soaks. The landscape and steam vents provide a dramatic setting for photos and relaxation.
Location and Accessibility
Puning Hot Spring jumpoff sits in Sitio Target, Brgy. Sapang Bato, Angeles City. You will pass by Clark Freeport Zone which has strict traffic regulations. Important note for travelers: Jump-off Station 1 is not accessible by regular public commute. The inner road is steep and narrow, and most first time visitors cannot park or reach the exact station by their own vehicle. Because of this, organized transfers and advanced booking are the recommended way to go.
