Severe Weather Policy

Severe Weather Policy

The Philippines has two major seasons: (1) the rainy season, from June to November; and (2) the dry season, from December to May. We can't make guarantees about the weather. In the event that a Severe Tropical Storm Advisory issued by the DOST-PAGASA or a state of emergency is declared for the Porac-Clark area on the day of your tour, you can contact our team in advance to reschedule or cancel your tour, without any cancellation or change fees imposed. Otherwise, tours go as planned.

We want you to feel safe and will work with you directly to best accommodate your needs. If you have additional questions, please see our FAQ.

  • If you have purchased airline tickets as part of your tour plan, you may still be subject to cancellation and change fees assessed by those airlines.
