8:30 AM – 10:30 AM You will reach Mapako Enkantadya, where an Ayta guide will welcome you.

מפעיל הסיור יעשה מאמצים סבירים כדי להודיע לאורחים על כל שינוי בלוח הזמנים של הסיור. במקרה של ביטול הסיור מטעמי בטיחות ואבטחה או בנסיבות מוצדקות שאינן בשליטת מפעיל הסיור, האורחים המושפעים יהיו רשאים להזמין מחדש את הסיור או לבקש החזר כספי. במקרה שבו נבחר החזר כספי, ינוכו כל החיובים הנדרשים, כגון היתרים, דמי מדריך, דמי 4x4, הסעות וחיובים נוספים.
לאחר שההזמנה אושרה וסופית, עלות החבילה הכוללת אינה ניתנת להחזר עבור סיורים שלא נוצלו. במקרה של אסונות טבע או ביטולים שהממשלה הורתה עליהם, ינוכו 30% ממחיר החבילה הכולל.
כל האזרחים הזרים והפיליפינים בעלי דרכונים זרים המבקרים בהר פינטובו דרך מסלול קאפאס חייבים להזמין את הסיור ולהגיש תמונות של דרכוני כל האורחים עשרים(20) ימים מראש. האורח הראשי אחראי לוודא שלכל המשתתפים יש את כל המסמכים הנדרשים לנסיעה. במקרה שההזמנה בוצעה פחות מעשרים(20) ימים מראש ותמונות הדרכונים לא הוגשו בתוך יומיים ממועד ההזמנה, ינוכו 20% ממחיר החבילה הכולל.
