カパストレイル経由でピナトゥボ山に入山する外国人は、訪問の35日前までにパスポートの写真などの必要書類を推薦を通じて提出する必要があります。この新しい規則は、治安上の理由から上層部からの指示によるものです。

How to stop tourists from coming to your country. Come up with rules like that. 20 days ahead to visit a crater lol. Even China and Russia don’t have requirements like that .

I understand it’s an airforce base so they want to keep an eye on forieners but this is a good place to attract tourists. The amount of red tape and bureaucracy in the philippines is a huge turn off for tourist… supposedly the Philippines is trying to increase tourism but having to apply 20 days before your tour is not ok… I should have flew into manila if I would have known I can’t see the creator…. only well that’s my rant… thanks
