カパスルート経由でピナトゥボ山に入山する外国人は、訪問日の35日前までに、推薦を通じて必要書類（パスポートの写真）を提出することが義務付けられました。この新しい規則は、安全上の理由から上級司令部によって導入されました。
ピナトゥボ山を訪れる際の遅延や問題を避けるため、これらの新しい要件を守ることが重要です。フィリピン空軍（PAF）とカパス観光局が定めたガイドラインに従うことで、この壮大で美しい災害を探索する際に、スムーズで問題のない体験を確実にできます。
ピナトゥボ山ツアーを予約するには、カパスルートのツアーを35日前までにお申し込みください。カパス（タルラック）経由でピナトゥボ山に入山するための訪問許可証の手続きを無料で行います。

I understand it’s an airforce base so they want to keep an eye on forieners but this is a good place to attract tourists. The amount of red tape and bureaucracy in the philippines is a huge turn off for tourist… supposedly the Philippines is trying to increase tourism but having to apply 20 days before your tour is not ok… I should have flew into manila if I would have known I can’t see the creator…. only well that’s my rant… thanks
Is it possible to still tour Mount Pinatubo crater if we arrive on Monday 21st April and only have Tuesday 22nd for a tour? We are foreign nationals.
