新しい要件とは何ですか？
カパストレイル経由でピナトゥボ山に入山する外国人は、訪問の35日前までにパスポートの写真などの必要書類を推薦を通じて提出する必要があります。この新しい規則は、治安上の理由から上層部からの指示によるものです。
ピナトゥボ山訪問時の遅延やトラブルを避けるために、これらの新しい要件を遵守することが非常に重要です。フィリピン空軍（PAF）とカパス観光局が定めたガイドラインに従うことで、この壮大で美しい自然災害の地をスムーズかつ快適に探検できます。
ピナトゥボ山ツアーを予約するには、カパストレイル経由で35日前までにお申し込みください。カパス、タルラック経由でピナトゥボ山に入山するための訪問許可証は無料で手配いたします。

I understand it’s an airforce base so they want to keep an eye on forieners but this is a good place to attract tourists. The amount of red tape and bureaucracy in the philippines is a huge turn off for tourist… supposedly the Philippines is trying to increase tourism but having to apply 20 days before your tour is not ok… I should have flew into manila if I would have known I can’t see the creator…. only well that’s my rant… thanks
Is it possible to still tour Mount Pinatubo crater if we arrive on Monday 21st April and only have Tuesday 22nd for a tour? We are foreign nationals.
