デビットカード/クレジットカード、Gcash、Maya、または銀行振込による全額のお支払いが必要です。予約確定時に、1名様ごとに返金不可の料金が発生します。 

返金ポリシー

  • ツアー催行会社は、ツアースケジュールの変更についてお客様に通知するため、合理的な努力を払います。安全および治安上の理由、またはツアー催行会社の管理の及ばない正当な事情によりツアーがキャンセルされた場合、影響を受けるお客様は、日程を再予約するか、返金を申請することができます。返金を選択する場合、許可証、ガイド料金、4x4料金、送迎料金、その他の料金など、必要な費用がすべて差し引かれます。

  • 予約がCONFIRMED（確定）かつFINALIZED（最終確定）された後は、利用されなかったツアーを含め、パッケージ料金総額は返金不可となります。自然災害または政府による中止命令があった場合は、パッケージ料金総額の30%が差し引かれます。

  • カパス・トレイル経由でピナトゥボ山を訪れるすべての外国籍者および外国パスポートを所持するフィリピン人は、20日前までに予約し、全参加者のパスポートの写真を提出する必要があります。代表のお客様は、すべての参加者が旅行に必要な書類をすべて所持していることを確認する責任を負います。予約が20日前を過ぎて行われ、予約後2日以内にパスポートの写真が提出されなかった場合、パッケージ料金総額の20%が差し引かれます。

Our recent team building tour was nothing short of fun, thrilling, and rejuvenating! The Clark Adventure and Relaxation Day Tour gave us the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation, making it a truly memorable experience for everyone.

🏞️ Tutulari Avatar Gorge
The Avatar Gorge was absolutely amazing and serene. Despite the challenge of navigating the up-and-down human-made ladders, the cool temperature inside and the breathtaking scenery made it all worth it. It was a unique and refreshing experience that brought us closer to nature.

💆‍♀️ Puning Hot Spring Resort
After the trek, we were treated to a well-deserved break at Puning Resort. The Hot Spring, Mudpack, and Sand Spa were exactly what we needed to relax our bodies and recharge. The package was well-organized, and the facilities were top-notch.

🚙 4x4 Jeep Adventure – The Highlight!
The most thrilling part of the tour was the 4x4 Jeep ride! The fast-paced drive, the splashing water as we crossed rivers, and the rugged terrain gave us an adrenaline rush like no other. It was the perfect adventure to bond over and share lots of laughs and excitement.
