Tour organizers were communicative and clear at all points. From driver pick-up and drop-off, to navigating administrative procedures and processes, to assigning an excellent young guide (Rainier) to accompany us, we had an excellent experience with Pinatubo Mountainero. Would recommend to others.

Tutulari Gorge was Amazing and well worth the detour to see.
Staff were very helpful and organised us to be picked up from Clark airport then dropped off in Manila after the tour which allowed us to fit the tour into our limited schedule.

Met with Moises our guide whose family we briefly met. Wonderful family. The tour gave me the realization of our family who lives and protects the land. I urge you to talk to them about their plight and what they try to live how they were raised which we should respect. Love the views but loved communing with the people who lived there. See the wonderful views take pictures but pay respect to the Aetas, they are our long lost family that we need to help in any way possible. This is one small way I try to help out for all of you to come and see and learn from nature. Pictures don't do justice enjoy the beauty of everything and everyone when you start the tour. Thank you to all the kind people we met. Please take the time to talk to them that we may all learn

The hot springs were beautiful and the sand / mud spa was a unique experience but the best part of this tour is the fun 4x4 keep ride through the canyon between stations 1 and 2. I didn’t want it to end! We were a group of 6 with pick up and drop off in Manila. Super smooth from start to finish. I definitely recommend.

A different experience for some natural hot spa, volcanic mud spa and sand bath. Very polite staff and the journey there was very scenic. Had about 12 pools with different temperatures. Loved the experience
It was great!! Made our trip to Pampanga so much worth it, and despite the worry about the weather (heavy rains a few days before the trip), the weather on the actual tour was perfect! It was cloudy but not rainy, and wasn’t hot. The drivers and the tour guides were incredibly friendly and I spent the entire trip talking to them and asking them for more recommendations to go to in Pampanga. I now have more places on my bucketlist to visit to when we come back. My friends and I (9 people) were perfect for this trip and made it really fun, it was a great bonding experience with an amazing view and even better people :) Would highly recommend!

We left at SM Clark at 7:15am, arrived at the starting point by 8:45am, and ended the tour around 1:50pm. Everything ran smoothly thanks to kuya Mark, our friendly and professional driver.
Ate January, our tour guide, was kind, informative and knew the area well. She even doubled as a photographer, guiding us to the best photo spots and teaching us how to pose!
The tour felt truly magical. Who would've thought such stunning scenery existed so close to home? Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Pinatubo Mountainero. The coordination was seamless, from the booking to the on-the-day coordination. Exceptional facilities, too - the van was new, and the Jump Off Point was well-kept and not crowded. The staff were all courteous and professional, with a special shoutout to our driver, our guide, and Ms. Melai. We had such a good experience that we’re thinking of doing the Avator Gorge next.

It was rainy the day before our tour so I was a bit anxious about safety. We arrived early for our schedule but the ride was already nearby as well. The vehicle’s great condition gave me ease as to how well prepared the driver is. There was a bulldozer on stand by should any vehicle get stuck and it paved the road as we went along.
The tour guide also helped my 6 year old at the start by carrying him on his back. As we progressed, he was enjoying too much and no longer wanted to get his feet out of the water. The guides assisted us every step of the way. The rainy conditions and water flowing through the gorge made the experience even more unforgettable.
The place is very clean and quiet unlike any other tourist spot.
Thank you to this group and those from Tutulari who have made this natural wonder accessible and available.

I booked the Inararo Trail hike two days prior for a group of 11 people and they were able to accommodate. The logistics were super straightforward and they picked us up right from the hotel in the Clark area. The drivers and guides were all professionals and clearly very experienced along the route. The route itself was challenging due to the slipperiness of the rocks and steepness while coming back to the 4x4s, but if you follow the guide’s footsteps it’s quite safe. Incredible views of the crater lake at the summit, and we felt like we earned it after the hike. Can’t recommend this enough, it was my top experience in the Philippines. Salamat po!
We really did not know what to expect. But lo and behold, it certainly was a revelation to have a place like this in our country. The rock formations are just amazing which took millions of years to evolve in what they are today. There was a clear change in temperature once you enter the Gorge from the scorching heat outside to the cool temp inside. It was a magical, mystical experience for all of us with very helpful Aeta tour guides who are experts in taking photos. Certainly a must visit for those adventure seekers and outdoor lovers! Sooo many IG worthy photo ops inside. Booking was a breeze and the service from the drivers to the tour guides are impeccable. They are quite thorough in providing instructions and reminders on what to bring.
Our trip to Tutulari Avatar Gorge became even more memorable with the enthusiasm shown by our driver Robert and tour guide B3 (sounds like it). They showed willingness to help on making sure we get the best photos and what's even better is that they kept us involved by sharing their knowledge about the place and stories from their previous experiences.
This was so worth it. Our driver was really nice and informative. The guide was very knowledgeable of the area (didn’t talk much), he got us safely to the summit. It was raining when we went which was nice as it wasnt so hot. They arent kidding when they say this is not for beginners. There is a lot of river crossings and the last leg of the hike there is a steep vertical climb. Be prepared to get your shoes wet, there is no avoiding it. Would love to try the other trails/tours next time. Definitely recommending this to friends and family.

The most thrilling part of the tour was the 4x4 Jeep ride! The fast-paced drive, the splashing water as we crossed rivers, and the rugged terrain gave us an adrenaline rush like no other. It was the perfect adventure to bond over and share lots of laughs and excitement.
