Not responsive. Feels like they are not happy for the new booking. Somehow disappointing since it’s a bit expensive vs other agency.

Tour organizers were communicative and clear at all points. From driver pick-up and drop-off, to navigating administrative procedures and processes, to assigning an excellent young guide (Rainier) to accompany us, we had an excellent experience with Pinatubo Mountainero. Would recommend to others.

I highly recommend Pinatubo Mountainero. The coordination was seamless, from the booking to the on-the-day coordination. Exceptional facilities, too - the van was new, and the Jump Off Point was well-kept and not crowded. The staff were all courteous and professional, with a special shoutout to our driver, our guide, and Ms. Melai. We had such a good experience that we’re thinking of doing the Avator Gorge next.

I visited Mt. Pinatubo after its eruption in 1991 many years ago….
Today to celebrate LIFE with deep Joy and Gratitude I decided to take another lifetime adventure and experience the grandeur of GOD’s magnificent creation at Pinatubo Lake🙏🏽♥️

I booked Pinatubo Mountainero Travel & Tours OPC their Pinatubo Joiners - Shared Group Tour SM Clark as Solo Joiner. What a big suprise met by Bari Silverio the Owner-Operator himself and my lone joiner Daniel from Taiwan at 4:00 AM. Bari drove us to the Jump Off and met by Kuya Ramil the best Tour Guide ever! We took the 4x4 open jeep and there we go….
The 4x4 long drive passing through the bumpy stoney river drive was really “buwis buhay” (risky; life-threatening) experience!

Kuya Ramil our tour guide was very kind in helping me pass through the most difficult parts especially in crossing the rivers with my bamboo cane. I can not thank him enough♥️ He is an Aeta who has been in Mt. Pinatubo before the eruption, helped build the development of the site and now a licensed Tour Guide explaining how his life has been.
The trail was a real adventure and the community provide several stops with improvised toilets made of cogon grass and stores selling merienda.
Wala ka ng mahihiling pa!

On time, point to point pick ups and drop offs, secure, expert guides! Our guide helped us carry our stuff and was so pleasant all throughout the trip. Me and my boyfriend got engaged during this trip and they were so happy and excited about it! will never stop recommending this organizer enough.

It was so worth it to wake up too early and hike for almost 3hrs. Really understand now why it was called a beautiful disaster!

well organized tour; the early start was perfect so we could enjoy the easy hike to and the beautiful view at the crater lake and avoid the mass of tourists who came after us; the dusty, bumpy ride on an open jeepney through the amazing canyon was a great adventure

We started from Manila. Actually, it wasn't easy because it was too far away. But It was a really comfortable trip! Thank you for our tour guide- forgot his name haha. Thank you!

I liked the organisation and the communication beforehand, very useful. The hike is quite easy and nice, I really enjoyed the view of the lake

We had an epic day out! Starting at 2am in Manila, we had a very comfortable transfer to the entry area. The 4x4 jeep into the park and then the trek into the crater was not easy, but rewarding once all completed. Helpful staff and lots of friendly like-minded adventurers made the day out really worthwhile.

Go and make a life-long memory! You definitely, definitely have to visit Pinatubo while you still can. My words can’t do justice to the 4x4 jeep ride, the lahar crossing, the hike up and down, and the majestic and humbling crater; you have to experience ‘em yourself. How can so devastating be so beautiful?!

If you’re as crazy, you can also sneak a dip in one of the cold, virgin pools along the trail. (Hindi na pala virgin yung isa kasi ako yung kaunaunahan)

Salamat din kay Cris, our 26 year old van driver who delightfully tuned in to 70’s to 90’s music. Salamat kay Rainier, our tour guide who kept a very good pace that allowed us to be first at the crater and got the place all to ourselves for unli-pictures. Muntik nang maubos film ng iPhone ko. Rainier’s father is one of the pioneer tour guides at Pinatubo, and helped create the paths.

I highly reccomend Pinatubo Mountainero for your tour and adventure needs. Did the Mt. Pinatubo Joiners tour and the experience was exceptional. Their customer service is very attentive.

We almost decided to skip booking this tour because we had so many other things planned. So glad that we decided to book anyway. Was an experience and highly recommend! Would love to come back and do it again.
